The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 require video descriptions for your videos.  These make it possible for blind and low-vision users to access them.

It isn’t easy for most organizations to meet this requirement “in-house.”  Upon request of our clients, WeCo has teamed with Digital Wagon Train to create a new user-focused approach to video description.

Unlike automated video description services, our product provides your video consumers with a customized, handcrafted description that gives a depth of detail they want and deserve.   WeCo/DWT’s descriptions deliver an experience that is truly equal to those of your sighted video consumers.

Features and Benefits

  • Thoughtfully scripted descriptions designed with the input of users living with disabilities
  • Use of theatrical description components to bring your videos to life
