Hands resting on a laptop computer and holding a note as if comparing it to the screen while writing an accessibility policy or statement.Demonstrate your organization’s efforts towards WCAG compliance with an Accessibility Policy Statement.

Choose from:
Simple  Statement: Demonstrating your present and future accessibility work.  Simple Statements are constructed at no charge to clients who purchase any WeCo Manual Accessibility or Usability Testing Service.  We also offer complimentary annual Accessibility Policy Statement tune-ups to current clients.

In-Depth Statement: This highly customized statement showcases your manual accessibility audit and usability testing work.  It provides details on the accessibility work you’ve done, and the work you’re planning to do, to comply with your chosen level of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.   Custom pricing available upon request.

What is an accessibility statement?

Accessibility policies (or statements) tell your customers and users the story of your accessibility efforts.  This gives them confidence that they will be able to access and use your site or software, and find the information they need.  It is also solid step in legal risk management, recommended by the Worldwide Web Consortium (W3C).

We find that accessibility policies encourage good  communication between you and the people you want to reach.
