The NOD Leading Disability Employer Seal for “exceptional disability inclusion practices and policies” is awarded just prior to National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) each October.
This seal is given by the National Organization on Disability (NOD) and is granted based on a comprehensive evaluation of business practices related to hiring, retention, and advancement of people with disabilities. WeCo is proud to be recognized again as a 2025-2026 Leading Disability Employer having received a seal every year since 2019.
Although you may not currently live with a disability, the chance of becoming disabled during working years is more common than many people realize. If you’re 18-34 years old, there’s a one in three chance you’ll have a disability during your working years.
