In what ways has the accessibility work you’ve done with WeCo allowed your organization to work more efficiently and save time and money?
The work we have done with WeCo has given us peace of mind that we are providing the best experience possible for our customers and stakeholders who rely on accessible technologies. Now we have more time to work on other features of our site, knowing we are not jeopardizing the experience for these users.
Has your company gained new clients and contracts through your work with us?
We do not track our customers in a way where we would be able to determine this.
Are there any intangible ROIs that you’ve gained from working with us, that you feel have impacted your organization positively?
I wouldn’t say there are any additional returns beyond what I noted in the first point. It is great that we have a partner who is working with people who actually rely on the assistive technologies we are developing for. This allows us to feel confident that our website is ready as these technologies change.
