The WeCo Usability Testing Career

Person holding a cup of coffee, talking on a cell phone while seated in a wheel chair at a desk in their home office.
Working with WeCo opens doors for you to earn flexible income, and begin or expand a career as a usability tester and subject matter expert.

At Digital Accessibility by WeCo, we understand that living with a disability gives you an expertise and a valuable skill from which our clients want to learn.  That’s why WeCo Certified Test Consultants (CTCs)  live with one or more disability.   Our paid training and project opportunities allow you to expand that life experience into a Usability Testing and Subject Matter Expert (SME) career.

WeCo Certified Test Consultants are independent contractors who receive our exclusive paid training to work as usability testers and subject matter experts (SMEs.)

They set their own hours, accept and decline projects as their schedule suits, and can work with us from anywhere in the US.

Benefits of Working with WeCo

  • Start your own testing and SME career and earn while you learn.  Paid training is extended to all qualified testers who meet requirements.
  • Earn excellent part-time income, while being in charge of your own schedule.
  • The experience you gain with us cultivates your skill to work as a subject matter expert.
    • Experienced Testers have the opportunity to speak and demonstrate at conferences and more!
  • Be a part of a team, and meet other testers from across the country through online training, meetings and optional fun events.
  • If you wish, advance in your career, earn more and be recognized.
